Thursday- Read the story “Eleven” on page 246. Complete Respond and Think Critically on page 251.

Monday- No School
Tuesday- Students will create their own sentences which contain compound subjects and verbs. They will then diagram them.
Wednesday- Students will create their own sentences for which they will diagram. These sentences will contain direct and indirect objects.
Thursday- Power Point on diagramming sentences. No homework. Practice
Friday- Video on diagramming sentences. No homework. Practice

History

Monday- No School
Tuesday- Students will briefly reflect on the accomplishments of Aristotle and identify some of his errors in logic. They will also briefly reflect on the work of Aristotle and Plato.
Wednesday- CBA on Athens Vs Sparta (not homework)
Thursday- CBA on Athens Vs Sparta (not homework)
Friday- Video on Jason and the Argonauts or substitute

Math 1:
Monday- No School
Tuesday- Mid Chapter Assessment as homework on page 341. To be corrected in class.
Wednesday- Chapter 7 lesson 5 on subtracting and regrouping. Problems page344 & 345
Thursday- Subtracting and Regrouping with different denominators (chapter 7 lesson 6). Problems can be found on page 350.
